Portfolio analysis is charged on a per-analysis, token-based basis. The cost of each analysis is calculated based on the actual AI processing tokens consumed, converted to INR at the prevailing exchange rate with a service markup. A minimum charge of ₹5 applies per analysis.
New users receive 3 free portfolio analyses upon registration. Free trial analyses expire and cannot be carried over.
After your free trial, you must add funds to your MyNiveshIQ wallet to run analyses. Wallet top-ups are processed via Razorpay (a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). Accepted payment methods include UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards.
Wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used for MyNiveshIQ services. Balances do not earn interest.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your wallet balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days, subject to our Refund Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from the platform settings. Deletion will permanently remove your data including broker connections, holdings, and analysis history.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
